Ideal profile of a Unit Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, success driven leaders who wants to be in working environment where professional and personal development is nurtured and work life integration is highly promoted. Manager candidate with following qualifications are welcome to apply to the country’s biggest Filipino-owned stock life insurance company

▪️Graduate of any 4-year college degree
▪️ Preferably with a minimum of 2 years professional working experience in managerial capacity
▪️ Sales and marketing background in an advantage
▪️ Has influence and ca recruit well for his/her own team

 

▪️ Willing to be trained on the COCOLIFE financial advisory business

▪️ Good communication and presentation skills
